Mr. Savas' update will cover LikeMinds' clinical and commercial development, capital formation and organization building accomplishments during 2017 and plans for 2018. Key accomplishments to be reviewed include an FDA "Type B" meeting that defined the path to NDA approval; the commercialization timing for LikeMinds' lead product candidate; the hiring of Reinhard Koenig, MD, PhD as Chief Operating Officer to lead clinical and technical activities, and relationships with key product development partners along with the completion of the Company's Series A financing.
